Lumia will not connect to internet, no email, text is iffy

My Lumia used to work flawlessly - now I cannot connect to the internet, cannot connect to my email or public sites, texts are spotty and most often cannot send pictures at all.  When i receive a text with media content, it will not open. I think I may have inadvertently changed a setting but I dont know where or what changed.  Any help?

Try a quick reset by holding down the Volume Down and Power Buttons until the phone resets, if you have not already done so. If that doesn't work then backup everything with  Backup Assistant Plus and Cloud Backup in the settings, then hard reset, restore your data. If that doesn't fix it, take it in and get another phone.

I should have said First check your Safe Guards & Control Filter settings on your My Verizon Account to see if the things you described are affecting your Service. If not then try the above.

Let's get your Nokia Lumia 822 back working flawlessly!  Sounds as though your device's data setting was disabled.  Ensure data http://vz.to/192o1fP and data roaming http://vz.to/15P4eNh are both enabled.  Then power cycle the device http://vz.to/11ktCoU.  Your device data should then be restored.  Let me know how that works out for you.  Thanks!

OMG, THANK YOU!!! Sorry for shouting, but I've been trying to figure out what the heck I did to my phone for the past couple of days and this fixed it. I couldn't connect to a network with any of my apps and it wasn't letting me send picture texts or even just search for something. Heck, it wouldn't even connect to the "help & tips" section. It was driving me crazy. I didn't know you could do a reset that way - it seems to have fixed it! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Didn't really want to have to run down to the store to try to figure it out, or call in to support if I didn't have to.
