hi I have a problem in lumia 928 I am now out  U.S.

Device unlock  receives calls normally But the Internet Does not work in 2g /3g /4g Only accepts Wireless Please can you help me

Make sure you have data roaming turned on (of course, this will cost you a ton of money).  You also need to put your phone in global mode, and may need a local SIM for the area you are in.  There is also an option to input different APNs, so you may need to do some research on that as well.

And work in other devices

There are the following options

1-active network

2 data connection ((on))

3-data roming (roam)

4- mode selection

5- higest connection speed (2g/3g/lte))

6-network selection

7 for limited wi fi connectivty

I tried to update the phone but there is no update available

SIM locked phones' Access Point won’t work if your phone is locked to a particular operator.

Verizon's LTE phones come SIM unlocked (by law), though they may not all contain the necessary radios or frequencies for all networks.  You may want to check that the network you are trying to use is running on the same frequencies available to the phone.
