I just got it in and it won't power on. I can't even tell if its charging because there is no charging light when I plug it in. When I hold power button it goes to a teal screen with a verizon and windows logo, then goes black, then goes to a nokia logo, then goes black and nothing happens.
Sounds like a problem. Did you get your SIM card in correctly? Perhaps they rigged it so it won't boot without the SIM. Otherwise, I'd call verizon support.
On the phone with support they say its a defective on arrival phone....
My first one gets its screen frozen after a few hours in my trousers pocket and a “replacement” never got thru the booting process upon arrival (nothing to do with the SIM card).
I just started wondering about Nokia’s quality …
