This week, I upgraded to a Nokia 928, and am having issues with internet.. It won't let me connect to the wifi at my house, even though the password I'm entering is right. It also doesn't have a great internet connection when connection to the verizon network, even though I have a connection. Any thoughts?
Solved! Go to Correct Answer
What security protocol is your router using? I have WPA on my home router (Apple Airport TimeCapsule, 5GHz) and my connection is automatic and instant. Nokia suggests this:
"If you keep getting Incorrect password error, log in to your wireless router, and change operating mode 802.11b/g/n to 802.11g only, and then restart/reset the router, and try to create a connection again."
The cellular data connection is very dependent on location. Just moving from room to room in your house, or across the street if you are outside, can move you away from an unseen obstruction that has been hurting your connection. It's all a matter of where the nearest tower is located and what's between you and that tower.
