Microsoft should prohibit Verizon from installing VZ Navigator on any Windows Phone handsets.

Can you tap and hold on the application (from the app list) and select uninstall?
MS does prohibit the the installation of crapware from their phones.

We want you to be able to enjoy your phone and all the features and applications it offers, Virtuous. What is it that you don't like about VZ Navigator and Verizon? VZ Navigator can't be removed from the phone, but you can currently try it free for 30 days http://vz.to/1af2lur. I'd be happy to help you enjoy it.
Thank you

Wow, even as canned responses go that one was probably one of the most condescending I have ever read.

Where to start, VZ Navigator is a crappy application, there are tons of better applications in the Windows Store for navigation that are FREE like Nokia Drive.
Second you shouldn't prevent users from removing non-used applications that are taken up valuable storage space.

On the thirty-first day I'm expected to pay money for an app that's not as good as free ones?
