Ok so today I had my phone plugged into an auxiliary in the car and I was receiving a call so I unplugged it and when I did, there was no sound. I noticed that on the top a Headset Icon was showing, so my phone apparently thinks its still plugged in. I Tried turning off the phone to see if it would help, but no. I took out the battery, nothing. My phone doesn't not ring for any notifications now. If anyone can help me, PLEASE DO SO.
I'm taking it to a Verizon store tomorrow to see if they can help.
