I'm very tired of Verizon f**ing with Windows Phone users... Been with them personally and corporately for over a decade and am now done... I'm sure they won't miss my $250 a month, but the network quality gap is not as wide as it once was and its time to move on to a company that understands their role is to serve customers, regardless of the platform they use on 'the network'...

...and I should add that I received a Verizon-issued secure SIM over 6 months ago to compliment my NFC capable Lumia 928, so it would appear that just like cyan, softcard is being held up, not because it doesn't work on WP, but because of some internal BS between Verizon and Microsoft...

Sold a bill of goods on the Icon 4 months ago. Still waiting for Cyan & SoftCard (formerly ISIS) as you. Locked into a two year contract based on a lie. Looking to add two (2) lines for my boys for Christmas. Hopefully AT&T or T-Mobile offer a ETF refund for the holidays.
