I keep dropping calls on my Nokia Lumina 822. I love my phone but my friend who has a samsung galaxy and my bf who has the commando do not drop calls EVER! Is there anything I can do besides buy a new phone??????
My phone drops calls like crazy. I thought it was weather related but now there's no excuse. Very frustrated as no other verizon customer I know has this problem.

Dropping calls is definitely not how we want you to experience using your new phone and our service medusaspindells. I'm sorry you are having service issues. Let's take a look at your area first. Where are you located/zipcode? Are issues inside or outside? Do you have issues with text or data related functions (text, apps, email)? I look forward to hearing from you.
