My windows phone (HTC) needed to be charged. I have been charging it for the past 3-1/2 hours and all its doing is moving from charging screen to windows icon and then the HTC name. Over and over! What is the problem?

I rely on my phone to work well at all times and definitely want to make sure your charge is working, REBLAK59. Let's take a closer look into what's going on. What is the make and model of your device? Are you using the original charger? Are you able to power the phone up?
