I was listening to music the other day via the back speaker with the phone on my desk. Midway through a song, the music quality got really bad and sounded like there was a lot of static. Now, all audio to come through the speaker sounds terrible, and speakerphone calls are completely useless as I cannot understand the other person at all. Additionally, the worst part is the loud clicking that takes place when I lock or unlock the phone. No matter what volume I have my phone set for, even when it is on silent, a loud clicking takes place for 2 seconds each lock, unlock, charge, incoming text message, basically any alert my phone gives me. Has anyone experienced this problem? Can I get some help from a technician?
