My phone now makes the second phone in my house to download the update from MS and be shut down by the spinning gears screen. I have tried every single reset found on the internet and none seem to work. This is absolutely ridiculous. What in the world is going on and where is the fix for this nonsense? Before anyone starts on switching to Apple or Android, I have had both and will never own another iPhone again. To our friends at VZW support, don't waste your time telling me to hold volume down button and power buttons and all that nonsense, because we both know it will not work.
As much as anything else I am mad that I will have to get a refurbed phone and lose everything stored on my phone. I have as much stored on my SD card, but still.
