Last night my HTC Trophy upgraded to the mango release of WP7. Well, it completely borked my 3g connection and I was unable to get it back. I've tried everything and ultimately hard reset my phone.
I really really wish I hadn't done that because the phone won't pick up the Verizon network anymore and I have no idea how to make it do it.
I can't dial *228 because it's not on Verizon right now and I can't activate the device through the online webpages so I'm not sure what I do from here.
Do I simply need to go into a verizon store to have them fix this issue or is there something silly I'm missing?
I appreciate the help.
