Activation problem?

I've been with Verizon for years and have switched  phone before, but this time I switched from an enV 3 to a Lumina 822, and the phone won't activate. I've tried turning it off and on again, making sure the SIM card is in correctly and everything. The phone also says I have a new number, when all I did was upgrade my contract. How can I get the phone to activate?

You might want to call customer service from another phone and ask for assistance. If the SIM card was activated correctly, it should have the right number on it.
