For a month now I have been struggling with Verizon. I chatted originally about my plan. I was offered their loyalty program with unlimited data for less than we were paying. I never received a follow up as I was told so contacted a supervisor through chat and she said in 5-7 days we'd be under that plan. Now, we've already paid $45 this month in overages and I just spent three hours chatting about this. I explained I had screenshots of all my conversations, but they couldn't seem to go back to that one. They changed my plan today and sent me a text of the information. My plan went up! Back on chat for another hour with no solution. You cannot email which seems so strange since I wanted to send screenshots of the chat conversations I had. I'm beyond frustrated and when i pushed the corresponding numbers to tell them what my issue was I received a text to chat!
