Nurse discount, but no resident physician discount?

I think verizon doesn’t know but nurses (RNs) actually make pretty good in salaries, ~$40-50/hr, while residents make ~$9-$15/hr. In fact most residents on average work 75-80 hrs every week (no 1.5x overtime pay), while nurses work 40 hrs + 1.5x for overtime. It is actually very offensive that verizon does not consider resident physicians or physician assistants as caregivers. Pathetic at the very best. Tell your leadership, they have an uninformed biased view on medical professions
