I work for T-Mobile technical support and I have a mobile customer who's caller ID is invalid on Verizon's systems. Her number used to be owned by a different person, once she took ownership of her phone number we corrected the caller ID so that it would show up with her name versus their name. All other land lines are correct and she has had this number in her name for a few months now, however when she calls a Verizon land line it still shows up with the incorrect name. All of our systems are correct and they are not invalid. We have no channels to correct caller ID on Verizon's land line systems as it has to be requested internally by Verizon. Is there anyone that I can contact directly to have this change made?
