my husband and I have been customers for over 15 years and we just upgraded to our first smartphone. One box arrived on feb 26 and did not have a phone in it only had a charger. The other box arrived a few days later complete. I was given a replacement until verizon solved the missing phone mystery. now i am being charged 500.00 for the phone because they say the weight was the same when it left the warehouse and when it arrived at fed ex but my husbands box weighed 2lbs and mine only weighed 1lb so wouldnt that be evidence that the phone was not in the box!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone please help.
