why am I not the account owner?

Hello, my Verizon wireless account is in my name. However, I am not listed as the account owner. My "billing password" does not work. What steps do I take to correct this issue? Thanks, Patrick

You will need to talk to customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone.

On Prepaid there's not "Account Owner" but you can have your name on your account if you like, the real important info is your Security Code.

Call *611 or Prepaid: 888-294-6804 talk to an agent, the change its totally free. Smiley Happy

You can try by creating an account on My Verizon. I haven't done it that way, let me know if it worked for you ok?
