Is verizon always this unresponsive?
Maddening.
I have their router which slows down my vpn from my office. It is awful as the office connections seems fine. My home computer is fine.
it seems to be the router and i want to buy a new one but verizon won't talk to me.
So i wish verizon would talk to me rather than only take my money for minimal service
