I am upset my phone will not activate our phones not working and now they say that they cancled my new phone i ordered but cant order me the one I want now I am going out of my mind I want to talk to a manager even the network extender does not work I am fed up and ready to leave all together I want a manager to call me asap (removed)

This is a community forum. Most contributors are customers of VZW. You will not receive a phone call by posting here. I understand that you are upset but I would suggest visiting a store and speaking with someone there if you didn't want to call VZW directly. When speaking with them remember that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
