Quick throwdown of current situation:

Line 1 - unlimited data (UD) (Rezound)

          - no upgrade available

Line 2 - 2GB data (Iphone)

          - no upgrade available

Line 3 - UD (Rezound)

          - upgrade available

Please confirm my process to keep UD on line 3:

1. Transfer upgrade to line 2.

2. Upgrade line 2 from Iphone to GS4 (Iphone free device now)

3. Activate GS4 on line 2.

4. Hardware swap on line 2 from new GS4 back to Iphone.

5. GS4 is now in limbo

6. Hardware swap on line 3 from Rezound to new GS4

7. Line 2 now has reset contract for 2 years and remains with Iphone

8. Line 3 now has new phone, unlimited data, and is unavailable for upgrade until line 2's old contract is complete.

You will lose the unlimited data plan on line 3 in your scenario.

Transfer upgrade from Line 3 to Line 2. Purchase phone on Line 2 and contract will be extended on Line 3 and unlimited data plan switched to a tiered data plan. The contract on Line 2 remains unchanged.

That is quite the bummer. Even if I wasn't trying to find a loophole, I couldn't even give my upgrade away to be nice without losing my UD.
