Message says do not hit send.  That does not work.  No c/s help, no verizon stores in anchorage.

Help!

nashua207, we want to keep you covered while you're in Alaska too. Did you power your device off/on since you've been there? This will soft reset your device to retrieve signal from the nearest wireless tower. Keep us posted.
