In the past 4 days my 4g reception has been horribly lacking. i used to get up to 1-2Mbps (using speedtest.org app) in this location very conisistently. now the speed is less than 512k. has something changed in Richmond VA? The specific location is at 12th and main street.

Hey there, jkennebeck! I regret the loss of speeds there in Richmond, VA. I've looked into this, but found no evidence that services have been changed in any way. If this is still an issue for you, please share the zip code for the location in question (at 12th and Main). Is that an office? If so, what happens when step outside of the building? Does it improve? What model device do you use? Do you know of any other VZW customers in that location experiencing what you're seeing?

The zip code is 23219. Yes we are in the bank of america building on the
second floor. there is minimal improvement outside the building. not
much. i'm using a samsung galaxy s4. yes most of my colleagues that have
verizon have noticed the drop in service.
