I have been without service for over 9 hours.the phones keep saying "searching for service" I chatted with a very rude customer support agent named Shawn just a little while ago who offered no help. He told me that there were no outages in my area and to "call" for more help. My account is up to date.
I see Verizon Wireless really cares about their customers.thank god I didn't purchase new phones last week and get locked into a new 2 year contract. If I want shoddy service, I can pay half of what I pay Verizon and go elsewhere.
"call" for more help - that's funny - you're on the phone with them and they ask you to call back for help?
