problem: firmware v09 accessing outlook web access on EnV Touch

I hope someone can help me out.  I had my Lg EnV touch flashed and updated from firmware v07 to v09.  Since I did this, I can no longer use the web to access my outlook account.  This used to work on firmware v07.  I spoke with technical support but they did not have an answer for me.  I am hoping that someone here can help me.  I am only trying to access Outlook using the web not trying to sync with outlook (that would require a business email account).  I also updated the phone after having it flashed but nothing helps.  My husband can no longer access his outlook webmail either from my phone but he can using his phone (he still have firmware v07).

Same problem here, seems like lots of people have this same issue, but no one has a solution.  I tried messing around with all sorts of settings in the new browser (SSL/TLS, Cookies, JavaScript,Popups, Authentication) all to no avail.  Update improves a lot of things, but also introduces a few bugs, including this one.

Lg has created a software for the enV touch and enV 3 to synch with outlook.  You can download the software here http://www.verizon-phones.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/lg-env-touch-free-apps-outlook-sync.png

I have spent over ten hours on phone with tech support and 3 1/2 hours in retail store. Nobody can make since of why all of sudden upgraded software doesn't work anymore. It would be nice if Verizon shared learned information among themselves to be a benefit to the consumer.

They finally told me I could purchase an old phone (lose features the EnV gave me) and activate it or upgrade to a smart phone package so my bill would go from $2600 a year to $3200. Good luck getting positive results from tech services. They do not have to provideCustomer satisfaction just give you exactly what your options are.
