We used to the 4-5 bars around town in Santee CA 92071. Lately the max is 2 bars anyplace in town. Is there a bad cell tower? Please check it out.
Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request they open a trouble ticket to investigate the issue.

Calls stutter and cut out, sometimes even disconnect. Texts sometimes don't go through. Am sure I have missed some texts.
In the past I could make calls in my house without using wi-fi calling. Now that is almost impossible. In past I got 2 bars in my house now zero.
