poor service this month...after years of excellent service 80304?

Hi.
I'm wondering if anyone else is getting 1 bar after years of exceptional coverage in the Broadway/Yarmouth area? Is there a cell tower down or a switch is down and no one at Verizon knows about it? I called V and they suggested a new phone...ya, no.

I'm sorry to hear your not having the service you deserve. Let's look into this together. I'm not showing any known issues in Boulder. Does service improve in other areas? Are other Verizon devices also effected?
