poor customer service

I cannot reach a human via live chat or phone. I am having various issues with my verizon phone,. When I try to press 3, it says "you are having a problem with your phone. Goodbye" and hangs up.

Well no kidding. I am in fact having a problem, which is why I wanted to speak to someone.  And rather than transfer me to a human, it just says goodbye. 

I can't live chat, it's not available.

No humans will talk to me, the blockhead automated system drops the calls. 

There is no email for customer service. 

The only thing the system will let me do is cancel my plan, which will be my next step.

SOMEONE HELP!

oh.....and the android app does nothing but say error. So that doesn't work either.

Go to the Verizon store nearest you and get it resolved...

This is interesting since Verizon will not cancel your plan UNLESS you talk to a human...

Regardless of what the announcement says, press 0 (zero) and that will take you to a live person. I do that every time I call.
