I got a option to upgrade at retail price and I got 2 phones 12/13/15 a Droid Turbo2 Designed by you and a Samsung s6 edge+ and my order is still processing, my card hasn't been charged yet. My order number on my order status and receipt are the same but different then the email order confirmation. When I look up the order number on the email its says order cancelled but on my account the new order# is processing. Its been processing since the 13th, I haven't received no email with estimated dates or tracking numbers or an email with the new order number that's on my account. Can anyone give me a idea or a possible reason for this?
