This is by far the worst customer
service experience I have ever had. I have been lied to and misinformed on
multiple occasions. I believe my calls and chats with Verizon personnel warrant
a review. I don’t know in what setting having
a customer on hold for an hour and a half is acceptable. Rest assured that I
have that notated. At the end of that call I was assured that I would receive
updates daily on the status of my account and once my order had been cancelled my new order would be placed.
I would then receive my new phone expedited
and further compensation would be considered. I received notification via
automated email before a representative notified me. Once again I called the
Verizon call center and had to retell my story before the notes on my account could
be reviewed by the CSR and then go through my order again. I finally received
my tracking info to find that my phone was shipped 2 day service instead of
one. I am blown away by the amount of my
time and effort it took for Verizon to do their part.
