Ordered a phone 2 nights ago. Tried to change shipping address immediately after I realized Verizon changed my shipping address after I changed my billing address to use my credit card that has a different address associated with it. Was online with a chat for over an hour. That didn't resolve it. I have spent 4 hours since that trying to change my shipping address waiting on hold, dealing with techs, and managers with no resolution. I finally had to cancel my order. This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a business.
So frustrated and so much time lost for nothing over something simple!!!
