I have been a Verizon customer for 7 days as of the morning of the 26th of may 2017, I am just about done with this company if I dont get some sort of satisfaction, and soon! this is a long story about wireless companies, my last provider of about 15 years has [Removed] over all their customers by selling out to verizon, but verizon wasnt ready to take us on, I had outstanding coverage before, no worries or issues with anything, now we all had to switch over and it simply doesent work! its fine when I am near my wifi, but one I leave my house or shop and become out of range of my wifi I have nothing! no data! no cell service! I dont even get all the texts that have been sent to me, and I have buisness that I am trying to run and I have lost around $2000 dollars this week in jobs over missed calls, I am not happy with this at all! my old service provider worked great! now, just by switching to verizon, I dont have anything, I spoke to 2 verizon reps today, and they couldnt do anything to help me, I am thinking about getting an attorney to help me get this figured out, Verizon was supposed to take over my old carriers towers, but they havent yet, and now we are being told that they should have them all in service by the end of the year, REALLY???!!!! THATS 7 MONTHS FROM NOW!!! someone needs to contact me asap! and explain to me why the towers are not in service, there are so many people who have had perfect not stop coverage for over 15 years, and now we are left high and dry with nothing! cant even make a 911 call!

if you are not happy and not getting what you want or looking for then best be look for another carrier. look like  you are still in WFG.

fyi coverage may be not available every where.

Read my post,I have all the information in what I wrote about this issue, but I'll tell you once again, SRY, Souris River Telephone company from Minot North Dakota, right now I am working 16 hours a day, every day, and I don't have time to check emails and type all day, please call me to discuss this issue, you have my cell number, I should be in my shop close to the internet all day so it's a 50/50 chance that it will ring through, if not, keep trying, thanks

You are posting on a public forum. No one on the community has your personal information. Don't post your personal information on this public forum since the terms of service here restricts posting it on the public side of the forum. The rep has sent you a private Direct Message through that same forum. You need to sign into the community forum directly and navigate to the community inbox to find that message and reply to it. The rep can't contact you except through the private message and they certainly can't call you until you give them permission to through that same message.
