Same for me. For about 10 days now I have not been able to access 4G in downtown Houston (77002), or from home(77450). To clarify, I have 1 bar LTE, but nothing works. Texts take minutes to go through and I am unable to search the web or use apps. Same location for years, problem just started about 10 days ago.
