Recently I am having problems with speed when connected via mobile data. My wifi connection is fine but if I'm somewhere without wifi, the upload and download speeds are dreadfully slow. Any one that can help?

Staying connected is essential these days, CBJ2002. This is a great place to come for advice on keeping your device performing at top speeds. Ann154 started us off with a couple of great questions but we don’t see your reply at this time. When did it start happening? What exactly are you attempting to do when you experience the slower speeds? Are other Verizon Wireless customers in the area also experiencing speeds such as yours?
