Under listed billing for # 434-XXX-XXXX....I am being billed for Florida tax fees....my account is for Virginia only. My son has authorization/account add-on in Florida. This is my 1st problem with these fees reflecting on my bill.
Under listed billing for # 434-XXX-XXX... I am being charged for TEXT usage.....I have in past history with Verizon requested BLOCK on ALL TEXT for this number and 804-XXX-XXXX.
Please apply corrections to my bill and advise.
