Frustrated long-term customer of Verizon! I was really excited to see the Mother's Day promotion for the Samsung s9. $200 off with no trade in or new line required! I searched for an expiration date online but found nothing posted so I assumed (big mistake) that it would end on Mother's Day. It is already gone and it's only May 4th! Mother's Day is the 13th. It was only available for maybe one week? I'm guessing Verizon is rewarding impulse buying which is asking a lot for a $800 phone. Now they have a buy 1/ get one free promotion which is not helpful to anyone who has been a loyal customer at Verizon for years because it requires activation of the 2nd phone to a new line. I don't need two phones just one that is reasonably priced. I guess I'm going to Best Buy to get a phone which I haven't done since starting with Verizon in over 10 years! Grrrr.
