Yesterday I attempted to reach a customer service rep.  about a charge that was accredited to my account for service but my phone was stolen so someone is getting free service and it isn't me

djclark1017, It's disheartening to learn that you didn't receive help when needed! Sorry to learn that your phone was stolen, as well. You can suspend your phone service right from your my Verizon account.
