i signed up for the verizon edge program and am trying to send in my old devices in to avoid the $300 fee but im not sure where to send my phones to

I signed up for verizon edge and never received a return label to send my 2 old devices in. Where do i send the phones and is verizon dealer supposed to have envelopes?
