This is a comment and I don't really expect I will get any feedback, but Verizon's sales tactics are completely deceiving. What they told me was not a lie. what they led me to believe was deceitful and much worse than an out right lie. I will be surprised if this gets posted or gets a response.

You should be more specific. ESPECIALLY if you want people to 'be warned'.

No one can be deceived if they actually do research and read the fine print. Sometimes people hear what they want to hear instead of research. Also I never gt this concept of being a loyal customer? Why would you pay more for the same service or the same for lesser service? Just to be loyal? It's phone service not marriage.
