If you have disconnected a device from a wifi hot spot or other available wifi, then you  need to reconnect.  Search for wifi with the device you want to connect, make sure the hot spot you want to connect to is on and active, and it should show up on phone or other device yo are trying to connect as an available connection.  You may need to re-enter a password to re-establish the connection.

If this doesn't get you connected, please provide the specific devices you are trying to connect - and we can give more specific directions or advice.

Huh? Where are you telling the device to disconnect from the wifi? Can you please provide more details about the devices in question?
