well this has started 2 years ago as Verizon representative Thomas id #[removed] stated that things would get resoved I have talked to so many people and supervisior I think they are trained to lie to the customer I have talked again to them today also im to have a credit of 494.53 on my bill I order new phones have confirmation number on all of them plus the credit im waiting on manager to call me back since dec 5

That credit is really high, so you probably will not get it, expecially if it was from 2 years ago.
