how do i escalate an issue beyond CSR's supervisor level

I recently upgraded to an S7 with my old phone on an edge plan. I paid full price for my new phone and I am being told that I did the online upgrade from my old phone on an edge plan wrong. ( which i dispute). So i am being told by the supervisor that now i have to finish pay off the edge contract $233 and i had already sent in my old phone that they say there's no way to even get it back. Supervisor says there no way the "system" will let them fix it.

Totally unacceptable so i would like to get in touch with someone that has the power to fix this.
