One last thing. I learned the deleting stuff from Verizon Cloud the hard way recently. If you access your Verizon Cloud from your device via the app (in my case the iPhone app) or the desktop app (in my case the Windows 8 app), be careful. There is no trash can where you can store deleted items -- once you delete them, they are gone and cannot be restored. If you use the cloud.verizonwireless.com website I mention above, anything deleted goes to the trash can only accessible via the website. So, you can restore something you accidentally deleted or realize you want to keep after all.
