Now It May Actually Be Possible If Your Phone Is "Duel NAM Capable" This Is Something That You Will Need To Do Research On
But There Is A Possibilty. Find Out If Your Phone Does Have The Ability To Do It, And Execute The Idea With The Info Gatherd...
I Will Seach This For You Too And Provide A Link In Here With This Information.

Actually this in incorrect. There is no way to have 2 phones operating on the same number. You can however have two different numbers on the same phone if it is Dual NAM capable.

No way, besides using a voip service (such as Verizon's Digital Voice or Vontage) and having simultaneous ring going to different cellphone numbers...that kinda does what you are asking but not exactly.

As others have said, the answer is really "No" but it depends on exactly what you are trying to do.   You can program one phone to forward on no answer/ignore to the other cell phone, so if the first phone doesn't answer, the other will ring.   Depending on your exact needs, this approximates two phones on one number.

Downside is that you still pay for two lines, and, depending on the plan, for the forwarded calls.

It's an interesting question and one I've been asking about for many years.    I would love to have multiple phones with the same line just as we have in homes but as others have correctly stated the wireless technology in its present state does not allow for this feature.   I'm hoping at some point in the future it becomes possible.    Maybe the LTE system might in the future allow for something along these lines.   I would love to have one wireless line with a phone anchored to my home, another anchored to my vehicle and a third to be mobil in my pocket (all on the same line).    The only way around this is a family plan with three different phones and lines.

I can also see why a parent would want to receive the same text messages that a vulnerable minor might be receiving especially if trouble is suspected.    It would be helpful for all the wireless companies to explore that possibility.
