hate verizion service

I have been a Verizon wireless customer for many years and
advised many of my friends to join. I felt at the time they provided the best
customer service and I never had any issues with connection when making and
receiving calls. At this time I HATE Verizon and have been mistreat as a value
customer and want to inform whoever will read. I had the Droid Motorola and had
no issues with my call connection. However I
had to get a replacement phone every 6 months after spending hrs on the
phone with tech support and not able to come up with a resolution. I sent back
many phone and never had any issues until this last experience. I called and
spoke with 2 different manager and got better service from a level 2 tech rep
support, the manager advised me that my replacement phone and the battery was
sent to my employer address. By the end of the day I received the phone only,
called Verizon again for the 3rd time and a day and spoke with a
manager who state she was texting me the tracking number but sent the order
return  number. A waste of time on the
phone and out my day, called back spoke with manager who never informed me my
battery was sent to a different address. I never experience speaking with so
many manager that give wrong information just to get you off the phone.  I currently have a Samsung phone which looks
nice but after speaking with a level 2 tech rep state the connect is not as
good as my old phone so now I’m dealing with drop calls and miss calls that
don’t show on my phone that I have for 2 weeks and spend at least 3 to 4 hrs
and got nothing resolved. I’m writing because I have been misinformed with poor
service and required to pay for a cell phone that does not accept all my calls.
Please if anyone know of the corporate office number for me to address my
issues please share. Not a happy customer paying for service or a replacement
phone that was not damaged at my cost. I never damaged the phone and now Verizon
is charging me $300 I don’t mind paying for service or something that I cause
but they provided the shipping thru ups and want me to dispute with them. Every
time I call I feel the manager just want to get me off the phone and advised I sell
the phone to pay for the bill. I’m a very upset customer and just want to pay
for the service I use nothing more.

See, that's where you went wrong. Speaking to a manager does nothing, your better off speaking to the reps themselves, as you stated in your post. Contrary to popular belief, managers usually do NOT know more than the reps.

Look at all these companies that have manager positions open..............You can have no previous experience with Verizon but if you have previous manager experience they will hire you as one. So then you'll have a manager at Verizon who has only been there 5 months, and still learning the plans but you'll also have a rep that's been there 5 years and as seen every situation in the book.

It is clear that you have had a few bad experiences, donzell. This is not the way we want things to continue at all. We are so glad that you have been with us for so many years. Have you been able to get the accesories that you needed?
We also want to make sure that your calls are able to stay connected? For that we want to troubleshoot with you. What was the reason for the damaged equipment chargeback of $299? We look forward to addressing your concerns.

Hi Donzell,

Dispute the $300 phone charge, Verizon provided the shipping label and the service for you to ship the item to them via UPS. You are not the customer in this case, Verizon paid UPS therefore Verizon is the customer. Seeing as you are not the customer in this case with UPS you cannot file a claim, only Verizon can.

In the mean time take them to small claims court and hit them for the phone charge they are billing you for and the court filing fee, unless they agree to remove the charge.

I have been a Verizon wireless customer for many years and
this pass year I have received the worst service ever as a customer. I last
owned the Droid Motorola and had many  issues with web connect but never drop calls
or missed call.  however I  had to get a replacement phone every 6 months
after spending hrs on the phone with tech support to trouble shot and was not
able to get any resolution. I sent back many phones and never had any issues
until this last experience. I called and spoke with 2 different manager and got
better service from a level 2 tech rep support, the manager advised me that my
replacement phone and the battery was sent to my employer address. By the end
of the day I received the phone only, called Verizon again for the 3rd
time and a day and spoke with a manager who state she was texting me the
tracking number but sent the order return
number. A waste of time on the phone and out my day, called back spoke
with manager who never informed me my battery was sent to a different address.
I never experience speaking with so many manager that give wrong information
just to get you off the phone.  I
currently have a Samsung phone which looks nice but after speaking with a level
2 tech rep state the connect is not as good as my old phone so now I’m dealing
with drop calls and miss calls this is my only form of connect and not able to
get anything resolved after spending at least 3 to 4 hrs on a call with a
manager. I’m writing because I have been misinformed with poor service and
required to pay for a cell phone that does not accept all my calls. Please if
anyone know of the corporate office number for me to address my issues please
share. Not a happy customer paying for service or a replacement phone that was
not damaged at my cost or when in my care. I never damaged the phone and now
Verizon is charging me $399 I don’t mind paying for service or something that I
cause but they provided the shipping thru ups and want me to dispute with them.
Every time I call I feel the manager just want to get me off the phone and
advised I sell the phone to pay for the bill. I am  very upset  that the current cell phone has about 3 to 4 interrupted
calls. When I last called and spoke with Darin he state I can dispute the
replacement phone with Verizon the following week I speak with Nicole she
advised I can’t dispute the charge. I never damaged the phone and feel that I can’t
get anything resolved speaking to anyone at the call center
