I purchased new phones and was given an early upgrade; if I didnt send in the current phone I was using I would be charged the $199 upgrade fee. Verizon has received my phone (tracked via USPS) and I still havent received my credit. Its been 2 billing cycles. How long does this usually take?

That's a good question. Klee0323, we definitely want to make sure that you receive credit for that if you have already been charged and we have confirmed that we have received the phones. Depending on when in your billing cycle we did receive them at our warehouse, it can take 2-3 bill cycles to receive the credit. It's usually done sooner, but that is the maximum expected time.
