I am very displeased with Verizon I am a new customer and ever since I started up with Verizon I've had trouble I switched over from tmobile to verizon and first I had 3 lines transfer over and somehow they got all put on separate lines on the phone several times and for a while trying to get it figured out finally sent me to a local store and they get it set up now i was supposed to get 150 credit for each line I switched this is why I decided to switch but I only received it for 1 line not all 3 the advertisement said for each number you switch over very disappointed

Actually, I believe the promotion was for each new line of service with an Edge activation. Did you purchase 3 phones ALL on Edge plans?

Mustang64, I want to make sure you are a happy customer and we find out the delay with the port credit. The bill credits can take 2-3 billing cycles to apply to the account. When did you start service?
