I just need an email address so that I may send an email to someone at verizon wireless. I have a huge issue with an action that has taken place with my account through customer service and would like to send an email. I have searched all over this site and am unable to locate an email address. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been a loyal verizon wireless customer for many many years, actually the entire time I have a cell phone, only to have been treated so horrible by customer service by a mistake on their part. If anyone could provide me with that information, Id appreciate it.

There isn't an e-mail address for Customer Service. You can call, chat, visit a Corporate store, use snail mail, or use social media such as Facebook or Twitter (options are listed in the Contact Us link at the top of the page). VzW reps respond to posts on this forum, but it isn't guaranteed and when they do respond, it could be a few days after a post is left.
