"If you suspect a network outage in your area please contact us on Twitter @VZWSupport Monday to Friday 7am - 10pm CST and Saturday 7am - 4pm CST. Or call us at 1-800-922-0204 for immediate assistance from 6am to 11pm CST any day of the week including Sunday."

I already have done so, however I operate an amateur radio station here (ham). we are the only link between  rural communities and local authorities. I am trying to coordinate with local authorities and our team. they do not have direct contact between the communities as we do. we need any kind of information you can provide us besides engineers are looking into it. we need more info please.

Aside from the regular customer service, the only thing I could suggest would be to Direct Message one of the VZW employees on these forums, I am sure they might be able to get you the info you need.  Good Luck!
