please help!! i have 5 phone lines on my account, 2 of these lines use data, 3 do not, i'm being charged for 4 lines using data, i'm being over charged by $60 per month, please help!!

Which 5 phones do you have and what plan are you on?

By chance, did you use any of the lines that don't use data for a smartphone upgrade on the lines that do use data. If so, then Verizon is correct per your agreement.

Yep if you used non smartphone line to swap upgrade dates so you can upgrade a smartphone line then that non-smartphone line will still be required to have a data plan.

Beside what has already been stated, Verizon requires you to have a data plan on a smartphone line even if you don't use data on that line. If you don't want the requirement of a data plan, you have to have a basic phone on the line.
